Hey everybody,

This is a legitimate offer for a management position at Globalization Automation. We're looking for a *Search Engine Optimization - Technical Manager*

The right person will be able to:
Execute and continually refine our overall SEO strategy
Troubleshoot & re-write our existing SEO task steps
Find new backlink sources
Create written steps for the new SEO tasks you add
Working knowledge of PHP programming (not necessary but nice)

Basically our SEO department contains two managers - you and another manager that handles our outsourced workers. His job is more HR, and your job is the tech side of SEO. You will NOT be doing any SEO work - you'll be managing the interfaces that our workers use to do SEO.

We have an INCREDIBLE online based pipeline that our workers and managers work in. This system allows us to assign jobs/tasks super easy and have 100% total efficiency of our business. You'll freaking love it - this is 10x better than any other company has right now.

The position offers an IMMEDIATE stock ownership (% ownership position that gives you monthly profit sharing) of our corporation. We currently employee 25 people and will be up to 175 within 180 days. We are well funded and are a 100% employee owned company (NO VENTURE CAPITAL)!

Hey taktikz - you should have read the ad more carefully - the compensation IS in fact outlined. As noted in the original ad, "The position offers an IMMEDIATE stock ownership (% ownership position that gives you monthly profit sharing) of our corporation." The exact details of which will be discussed with a COMPETENT candidate - not you taktikz, sorry!

So, you're offering % ownership in lieu of salary, or in addition to?
 
So, just to clarify based on what I read. I'm just trying to understand exactly what you're offering.

You have created a product that looks to ... basically take a streamlined task list such as "register this domain", "generate this content", etc - and then applies it to clientele that you hook. But you need someone who can help you optimize the order of the tasks in the list, and how to apply them as well as give more information as to how to more efficiently do your task lists, or create new task lists all together.

In other words, you need someone with the skills to help you streamline it and apply it to multiple clients.

Am I correct?

I think this guy should join the community cold, and make his first post an advertisement without paying the advertising fee.

Then he should bitch about being trolled in the troll forum.

That would be a good start.

Also, who the fuck wants to work at a company that goes from 25 to 175 employees and they can only get paid in stock? You are either net revenue positive or you aren't. If you aren't what is your plan to get there? Tons of businesses are dying to get capital, what's your plan to make payroll 3 months from now? Cause stock in a bankrupt company sure as fuck ain't going to buy many Big Macs.

I am highly skeptical of firms like this. Why are you hiring a key employee and you already have 25 employees? Why can't you pay cash? Why stock? Why are you advertising cold here at WF? If you're in the industry, surely there is someone you can steal or promote from within.

Sounds like a bad situation all around.
