Hey Allen,
As for the domain appraisal I haven't got a certificate for it and I do not think I will be getting a appraisal done for any of my domains any time soon. If the buyer wants to get it appraised they are welcome to do so themselves and they have to bear the cost themselves. As for the forum I had a look at it and I found better information on the google. I had given you a quote for the domain and content. As for selling the website I will only be doing it thru sedo, as currently it is the safest way. If I need appraisal I will get it done by Sedo as they are the right people for it. For you to continue I know this is a scam in making me buy domain appraisal and guess what I have added tracking code to this email. I have also made a complain with FBI complains center. By the time you get to this part, your ip address will have been noted along with your Computer mac address and physical location would have been noted. If you think you are looking thru a proxy and that will help than guess what, the tracking code can bypass up to three proxies. Well I hope you a good life in jail along with other criminals.
