Many studies have been done to track our "smartness" over time, but you already know it's true when you read any works from the 15th or 17th centuries... Those take MAJOR brain processing to simply read, even if you speak the language well. Imagine how hard it must have been for someone like shakespeare to Write like that?

I doubt we have anyone around today that could have processed the same amount of data & creativity as he did, way back then. And even the little people understood him enough to pay money to go see his plays.

Today? People don't pay for shakespeare plays... It's usually free and only attended by the most intellectual of art lovers. Meanwhile we pay to see hollywood movies that would make shakespeare think we all watch kindergarten-level shallow stories.

True.. but that doesn't negate the fact that too much power in too few hands usually leads to problems, and people should remain weary of such groups and their actions. Shall we just accept it? Or are you suggesting that the "who" simply doesn't matter?

Doesn't the "who" usually dictate the "why"? Isn't the "why" pretty fucking important? The censorship of the internet is a bad idea for both reasons you offered. They aren't mutually exclusive. It's a bad idea because it's a bad idea, it's also a bad idea because the people who will be in control are evil fucks, that could care less about free speech and fair business environments. Quite the opposite actually.

Exactly which part are you referring to as conspiracy theory? From reading your posts it seems as though you do admit these groups exist and meet, and that they are "people in power"... so it must be that you consider that these powerful people at these meetings talking about and affecting our legal policies, military and media strategies, and economies to be conspiracy theory? I suppose they play scrabble? Who knows for sure but if I was a betting man.. And like I said who these people and groups are and their actions in the past very much affect what agendas will be put forth. IMO, knowing more about the people behind the curtain helps to piece together someone's own personal views of the current world.

Don't label them with some superdupersecret name because the average person assumes you're wearing a tinfoil hat and will promptly ignore the message - even if it's true. That's a dangerous thing. If you call them out by name, then people can hold them accountable. If you just blame some secret group most people ignore it. That's by design - don't fall for it is all I'm saying.

Problem with Bernanke's power is that he doesn't get to choose how to wield it. His power is only the extension of someone else's. You think it to be unimportant who that person or group of people are, and what their intentions and motives may be?

The secrecy in government. Private citizens are free to do as they choose.. but don't you assume that there are probably politicians that attend secretly? The solution shouldn't be for YOU or I to know who they are...

The solution is to WIDELY publicize, with proof, who they are and what they've done so they are held accountable for their actions.

Even if they outright control every last state official worldwide, if everyone were to know who they are and what they did, then someone hurt enough by their actions could take it into their own hands to seek justice.

...Or we could all decide together to revolt.

Seriously, as long as they have their ability, like the devil, to convince the world that they don't exist, then we can't very well organize against them and therefore they keep growing in power until we are all finally asked to get into the Duracell battery-like cells of the Matrix and become brainless energy producers.

But if their actions & names were well known, they'll do no such thing. We'd arm ourselves to the teeth and go all french-revolution on their asses.

nigga calm down I never said it was a good thing... And as I said before if people are already furious over relatively small restrictions then there is no way they can enforce any major restrictions on us.

What I predict is that because of this influx of gov bs people will eventually realize what's happening and major changes will occur such as Ron Paul being elected, especially as the older generations disappear. Yes I know you guys think Ron Paul doesn't have a chance but even sheeple cannot be fooled forever. btw I'm not a Ron Paul maniac
