We don't use Jcow mainly because almost every jcow site offers no-follow links. But yes, each campaign will contain links from several other platforms including the top ones and Elgg.

Got a review copy, TOM overdelivered with 625 web2.0 blog post instead of mentioned 500.
There are many different platforms used like vBulletin blog entries and other known blog entries. Articles are well spunned and our links are placed correctly in all pages.
This package will give maximum link diversity, you can give unlimited anchors for your url, that is an added advantage.

Top quality service. Communication was great, when I had any questions I received answers almost immediately. Nicely formatted report was delivered, with a much higher quantity than was advertised.

First of all, we don't use Jcow. We use Elgg and there are around 300 Elgg sites with us. Also we use several different platforms including PhpFox, VB Blogs, etc.
The PR of these sites range from PR0-7. Can't give you an exact break down because we randomly switch sites and lists we use.
User access can't be provided unless you ask us to use single username for all these sites. The software we use does not allow us to export user details, which is quite strange though

Order details received 4 days after placing - not business days, but actual calendar days, including the weekend. Fast service!
Received 761 post URL's on a total of 758 unique domains.
The domains themselves are fairly natural looking in PR distribution (domain PR, not URL PR):
- 125 N/A (or possibly proxy failure on PR check)
- 428 PR0
- 112 PR1
- 50 PR2
- 32 PR3
- 11 PR4
- 6 PR5
- 4 PR6
- 2 PR7
I was really hoping that the post quality was going to be at least human readable across many of the sites. However, they're not. It's not that they're total gibberish, but rather obviously heavily spun content [AS ADVERTISED]. You do NOT want human reviewers looking at these...
With all of the above in mind, I must say that, for the price, there's definitely a case for using this type of service, ideally Tier 2.
Final Verdict: I give this a "buy" rating and recommend for Tier 2 where you need volumes of keyword rich contextual links.
