What usually happens is that most of the orders come with 50 or even 100 keywords which is going to dilute the results from this package. Many clients use this package as a way to dilute the over-optimized anchor texts from their link profiles and not as a means to improve ranking. Many have got ranking gains though.

My late review:
The service was done in about 5 days, so pretty damn fast. Tom is a great guy and answered all my questions and everything very fast. I got over 660 URLs and last i checked only a few were dead, so a massive overdelivery which i love in service providers
The content is heavily spun so this is great as a tier 2 deal, but you can also use for your money site if you spread the love over enough anchors and inner pages (what i did). And at this price it is a steal! 5/5!

Got my report back. Shit looks hot. More unique domains then I've seen from any other provider of this sort and he even over delivered. A lot of the properties seem to be no follow Elgg properties, but besides that there's more than plenty dofollow properties from a variety of platforms and domains that I haven't seen before. And I've seen a lot.
The problem you're going to have is indexing these little bastards. That goes for all web2.0's not just these. I threw the kitchen sink at these web2.0's (850k verified comments, 30k wiki's) to get maybe 60-75% indexed. But as soon as they got indexed I saw some nice SERP movements.
Conclusion: This is a great deal, and you're getting more unique domains than I've seen anyone else on this forum offer.
