Web scraper + spinner, anyone?

I'm looking to get into this project since i am a bit [strikethrough]lazy[/strikethrough] busy and i have some domains and hosting lying around. Thinking of trying the joomla aggregator with scraper for some autoblogs i need. (about 10). I will scrape the niche articles to one website which has the search engines blocked.

The site will have 10 categories (one for each of my autoblog).

How this will work
since the site with the scraper/rewriter is blocked, it will be used to get content to different categories, which i will copy to each of the 10 blogs (search engines welcome).

I'll try to have nice themes (actually just two) spread over the sites, nice logos designed by me fro those free logo psds.
traffic
i will use an autoposter plugin to post to twitter, pinterest, twitter. (i will design these pages nicely and professionally)
I will also do a little seo on the pages (internal linking, wiki/directory submissions, onsite) hoping it will gain rankings some day.

i will get new traffic by continually posting in relevant groups which i will join monthly/weekly and friend requesting MANY people (untargetted)

i don't have an adsense account and i wouldn't use it anyway so i'm looking to use popunders and some adult offers i have from dating websites.

Alright then, what do you think, any twists?

that'd be great If i had 50 bucks. I have 40 for this project- 29 for the scraper, rest for domain and hosting.
