I've been in the development side of websites for over 9 years now. I have a good amount of experience that started with me just building personal websites and quickly progressed into more fancy and more in-depth ecommerce and affiliate websites. I've recently discovered my real passion is developing websites and want to start a local design business. However, local work has been slow and need to get some extra cash between those projects. This is why I'm here offering my services as I understand the concepts you guys are hoping to receive out of your designers. I know what it means to put emphasis on your call to actions and to hopefully help people fill out those forms that will turn to business leads.
Unfortunately I'm unable and unwilling to share several of the websites i've designed and built. I hope you guys can understand this issue.
Here are a couple of examples of my work:
FabricSupply.com (I designed this just to show my design and coding abilities (valid HTML)
Open Door Church of God (I designed this for a local church, they are still in the process of adding content to it)
Here is my base pricing:
Please note, this base pricing. I'm negotiable on pricing based on needs. These are generally an average price for your average website. Some projects may require more unique coding and will require additional time invested into your project. Others though, will be simpler and therefore cheaper for you! Please contact me with your needs!
$65.00 - Base Design Cost
I will work on developing a high quality design that is fitting towards the products or services you are offering. My goal is to focus on making a website that will convert to sales. My design will balance to look beautiful, but at the same time place emphasis on those call to actions and areas that encourage users to make those clicks or fill out those forms.
$150.00 - Design and Coding
As above, I will work on the design to make it a beautiful and effective website that will make you money. The coding itself will be valid HTML/CSS and will have specific SEO-friendly elements so you don't have to spend your time optimizing the website for real potential visitors.
$200 - Design + Wordpress Coding
Do you want to consistently add content to your website? This is a great idea, but without a good content management system like Wordpress you will be less likely to make those timely updates to only an HTML website. The Wordpress CMS is great for making websites easy to update and great for people who aren't all that familiar with HTML. There is nothing wrong with taking advantage of all of those free wordpress plugins that are handy for affiliate marketing!
