Please let me know the URL and I will look into it. Another thing you should already know is that you cannot have great rankings forever. If you aren't building links continuously, you WILL see an effect. You cannot just order our service and then leave it as it is, thinking the rankings will stick forever.

thanks, I pm'ed you the particular domain. Not to tell anything wrong here and fuck shit up, I rechecked all links of your service you delivered and they're definetly all still live after a month. but somehow, things went bad for this domain after purchasing this stuff.
Update: One of my keywords had #9 position. Following Leith's package (this is the only package I've thrown on the site so far), the keyword disappeared for 15 days and now its re-appeared down to #74

To be honest, I don't want you touching my site ever again. I only raised the issue because you have basically ignored what's going on altogether when I've clearly had a problem with the order since the day I paid. You're treating the issue like it doesn't exist.
I've spent weeks working on this site. This is part of my business. It's not a thin MFA site. Your service has extended my work time by another few weeks - at least.
As a service provider myself, I do whatever I can to make my clients happy. A PM, e-mail, partial refund, or anything else to show me that you understand that your service fucked me over would have been a good start. I understand that there are no guarantees in SEO. If you made any attempt to try to make my experience better - I would have shut up about this a long time ago.
It's just not good business.

Okay- let's sort this out. If you wish to reply to this, please PM me as I do not wish to waste a bump for something like this. If you PM me after this I will happily respond in within 12 hours. In fact, you should have tried this first and I would of helped you out.
Firstly, your website got tanked. There is no strong proof that it was due to our service. You can only assume it. SEO isn't always the reason why a website gets tanked. There are minor google refreshes, updates, and other on page site issues. I just don't think my service was the actual reason for your tank. I have worked with hundreds of clients and even if some people got tanked, they DO come back (check above for the other review from the other member).
However, like I said - I cannot give refunds. BUT I can offer to do complimentary link blasts to the Web 2.0s. This isn't a guaranteed "Recovery" but it's something. That is the least I can do. I told you in my last post that it will be done, and it will be.

Well, sorry if you don't want to waste a bump. I didn't want to waste $179 on a service that tanks my site. I believe this conversation belongs on the thread in the open.
While it was a nice try to suggest that something other than your service tanked my site - it's highly unlikely. This is a very high quality site with a solid PR5 and literally no shady practices. There was absolutely no link building done for 1.5 months prior to the completion of your service and there hasn't been any link building done since.
On top of the poor results I received, I've been treated like my business was worthless:
- You gave me three separate and contradicting reasons as to why my order was late.
- An entire portion of the service was missing (as I outlined in my original review). You made no attempt to even apologize, let alone make sure I received everything that I paid you to do.
- You made no attempt to reconcile the issue until I pointed out that it was bad business to ignore things like this.

P.S - Also looking back at your details you gave us, you gave the keywords in FULL CAPS. This is not something we recommend as a normal Web 2.0 suddenly filled with keywords in full caps is just not natural. However, that was provided by YOU and we do not alter anything unless you tell us specifically.
If you continue to buy SEO services, I strongly recommend you give your keywords in normal characters, without putting them in Caps. That can possibly save you from getting your website tanked again. Remember, keep it all natural.
EDIT 2:
I have refunded Stackcash. However, I have come up with a conclusion on why he was tanked. It was because of his own actions. He provided us with keywords which were in FULL CAPS. He then gave us an explanation that he wanted to make it clear.. yet if that was the case, then he would of sent his URL in full caps too.
And to prove that here are some screenshots. With his order, we used LSI keywords of our own (in non full caps). They are now ranking well:
After telling Stackcash about this, he gets rude (clearly because he knows himself that he is wrong). I even refunded him. Yet he gives me his stupid reason that he sent it in full caps to ensure I do not get confused. Who would get confused from a single set of keywords? This I don't get. In my 4 years of selling, NO ONE has sent keywords in full caps.
Anyways - now you have both sides of the story!

I sent these links to a URL that was 301ed to an internal page on my site.
The page has improved for its keywords, but every internal page on my site has improved for its keywords because of 100+ .edu and .gov links plus some PR 6 and PR 7 homepage links to my site. Basically I used Leith's service just for experimentation, I wouldn't (no offense to Leith intended) ever send these types of links directly to my site - hence the 301.
So let's compare this page vs. 4 other comparable pages from Aug. 26th - finish date. All 5 pages where 100+ for their keywords and are now doing better. I am literally looking at this comparison for the first time while writing this.
Further note: these pages have exact corresponding long tail variations and are basically the same competition level. None of these pages have any direct links.
