I kind of agree but not really. It's not newbies who are the problem it's just complete retards who have no common sense. Everyone of us was a newbie at one point it doesn't make you need to be retarded. Plus not everyone here does the same stuff for business and has different views and experience which is what makes it good. So whatever the test was would preselect more people with the same skills and no new good information would flow.

I agree with this, you could always have a back room or private section that is paid, but then some assholes with cash can act stupid there anyway.

I'm more concerned about the wealth of members we have now compared to when I joined in '07 that look like they're posting to just get signature backlink exposure (yet they don't have any links in their signature).

In order to become a member, each applicant answers a series of questions about themselves and their experience, and maybe a few technical questions.

Their responses are posted in a unique thread on a sub forum, where there is a vote by the existing members to determine if they should be allowed to join. Quite what the requirement is depends on how strict we want to be...

Could be % yes votes, or 10,20,30 yes votes without a no.

It then should be compulsory as a member to cast at least x votes per month.

Then maybe after acceptance they are on probation for three months, where one or more complaints gets them kicked.

We should ask if they're members of a current or past forum and if they answer that they're active members of warrior forum or DP it's an instant ban
