ZennoPoster is denfinetly a good way to go if you are more wondering towards having people working for you.

ZennoPoster allows you to work with sites you choose so it gives a flexibility which no dedicated software could.

These are both essential tools in today's world. I would suggest looking 1 to SENuke though as SB without SEN is a bit pointless really.

Focus on your strategies and get that locked down. Getting more specific - I need this for this, etc... is going to make the big difference.

None of these tools will work if you just do blasts. It is the way you use them that makes the difference.
