yeah, but closer to the ocean, more towards where the heat play at.

Cost now are maybe 250k entry for downtown.. At the peak of the market, a 1 bed/1.5 bath would run about $500k-$600k. They still have some spec sales (pre coonstruction) that are really low too.

my mother in law took a fuckin huge loss on her condo. she was on lincoln road which is still a good location, But the newer condo owners got raped.

Its more expensive than other parts of the country, but its fucking miami.
