OP how you getting more than 1% ctr? That is impressive.

How large is the target user base?

I am happy with anything about 0.02% and I feel at that level Facebook starts to drop my cpc as well.

My average CTR on FB is under 1%. This is normal.

If you want to make more sales on FB, you need more likes / fans on FB.

Forget CTR look at your ROI first. I profited with 0.05 CTR np. Just out bid them.
