What do you do to escape?

Escape?!! Im trying to find ways to NOT go to sleep at night. My body says sleep and my conscious says dont stop.

If I really had it my way, I would get on a private jet and fly to the Caribbean or some where just as cool or exotic.

But I don't. lol

So instead I'll read, take a nap, listen to music (which always helps), or play a game. Star trek online is the game of choice right about now lol.

But I never really "escape". Even when I'm doing the things above, my mind is constantly working on how to solve the problem I was trying to escape from in the first place.

I just got back from Mackinac Island in the UP of Michigan.

There are no cars there - the only exception is the local ambulance. Everything is horse and buggy or bicycle. My family did the circuit around the island on bike (8.x miles) which is a relatively short ride.

Also, the internet service was terrible - so, for about 4 days all we did was talk to each other, walk everywhere, and actually experience stuff.

I also enjoy camping, etc - so, when you need to escape - get AWAY - like literally - to somewhere where work stuff can't be accessed. There are a few places like this.
