I once had this and I thought I like dies in my sleep and was like panicking because I was like so when we die we can see but we're dead and then my eyes got all teary. I was like that for like 2 minutes but then I woke up and was like WTF!!!!!
This used to happen to me at least once a month. I found that it was a shitty sleep schedule and abuse of energy drinks causing it. Still, it's scary when it happens and I would usually freak the fuck out.
Thanks guys for the respond. It scared the sh*t out of me! I will try to relax if it happens to me again. Didn't know it have a name - Sleep paralysis - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (haaa cool painting indeed)

I'd start by rolling my eyes back and forth. The momentum, or at least the illusion of it, gives my head an opportunity to slowly move back and forth as well. After a bit, I can start to do the same with my body. I have to essentially "roll" out of it.
Funny story: This happened to me on a plane once. I woke up knowing what is was and thought, " O shit, this is going to be embarrassing". Long story short, the guy next to me thought I was having a seizure.
I suggest hemisync (non affiliate link) if you are into this kind of thing. I ripped a couple of them from a dude I sleep with every now and then, it really only works if you have gay in your blood.
A couple years ago, I began experimenting with meditation... pretty heavy, actually. Around 2 months in, I started experiencing sleep paralysis at least once or twice a week.
In a few instances, I would audibly hear voices calling my name or trying to initiate conversations with me.
At one point, I actually began to have an out of body experience but snapped out of it in a panic...
Yup, this possibly happens to me as well.
It is just the lack of rest or the unconscious mind.
The best possible option is to stop trying and relax for a while and things will be back to normal by its own.
The more you are to put in efforts, the more you will stress and worry yourself.
wiggle your fingers...then you will slowly get use of your limbs...sleep paralysis sucks except the strange euphoria that comes with it in my case at least
