What if you want to sell your domain?

I have been working with guitarheroringtones.com for awhile now but don't have enough time to maintain it. I figure since google and the rest of the world is cracking down on ringtones this might be a fairly liable website for someone else. Any ideas where to go to sell it?

Guitar Hero is a TM name belonging to Activision...
If they (Activision) wants the name at any point (for any reason), they can fight it and I am pretty sure they will get it back based on TM infringement. Just FYI...

I don't see how he should worry about trade marks in this name. The term guitar hero has been around long before the game. I would put it on ebay or go to dnf to sell it.
