What is the best Ad management system

I am looking for an ad management system for my site. I am completely in the dark as to what is best for my site. I obviously am looking for software that can be installed onto my CentOS box.

Adzerk is decent been using for a while. Their OS Level targeting is crap though no way to properly target mobile devices. For desktop traffic, its decent

Exactly why OpenX is a worthy solution, never mind the fact it's an open source project that's been around since 1998 (PHP Ads became PHP Ads New which became Open Ads which became OpenX).
