You don't need a custom shirtmaker overseas - Go with a company like Individualized Shirts - I'm not sure all the regions where they'll measure you for custom fit shits, and let you pick fabrics, cuff style, collar style, pockets, etc, but I know they do it out of NYC and NJ. These guys are the ones that do the custom shirts for stores like Neiman Marcus, and used to do it for Brooks Brothers' custom line. They make some really good quality, perfect fitting shirts, and when you get it direct from them, it's a hell of a lot cheaper (1/4 - 1/2 the price) than getting a custom shirt through a retail partner of theirs.
