what network to choose?

Hello, im having a good stable income only from danish affiliate network, but my country and AM possibilies are not great, because of the size of the population. So I want to expand a little, so im looking for an american network to test out.

There is so many american AM networks, and I want to make the right choice the first time. So please help me, what network can offer me this:

1: Long list of Offers that may run on Facebook and Adwords.

2: Accept EU citizens.

3: Have at least weekly payout offer, by bank transfer.

I highly recommend any of the 3 networks in my signature ... plenty of offers to choose from with competitive payouts. I don't think you should have a problem getting accepted.

I recommend finding the owners of the offers you want to promote, and advertise with them rather than through networks. That insures the highest ROI.
