I outsource about 40% mainly SEO,articles,design,landers ect. The rest I do myself.
 


maybe 65% - 80%- these days most of my time is spent thinking up the idea, then calling up my dirty indian to make it happen. Then optimizing or dumping it.

Rinse, repeat.

by the way, i dont outsource anything right now. I like more control on my business rather than handing over most of the tasks to some idiots.
 
Most of it, probably 85-90%. Anything I can teach someone else to do I outsource. The majority of my time is spent managing and brainstorming.

I've been putting this off for a long time now, got an Odesk account, and don't see how it can hurt being $3.00 an hour. I really don't need a helper because i'm a marketing god. But i would like a human scraper/VA/organizer. Humans can help out if you let them.

There are some excellent VA's on there but you will need to wade through a lot of crap. The key is to have them perform certain tasks during the interview process to separate the good ones from the garbage ones. I will also throw in something specific they have to provide when they apply and automatically reject the ones that don't.

Hm, they still wipe their butts with hand + water in rural India. You think there is one billion Indians wiping their asses with toilet paper?! I think not.

atleast wiping with the water ensures you are clean. Post-toilet paper use, Visit a clinic and do a sample test on ur ass, figure out yourself

But I do love how this thread went from being about outsourcing - to the cleanliness of indians. lmao

no disrespect to any of you darker skinned amigos out there, if it weren't for your diligence and willingness to work for less then a childs allowance I'd still be frequenting makemoniesonline scratching my head wondering what i'm doing wrong.
