What software for review pages templates

Hi, I am new in affilliate marketing, I like to start with review pages so I am wondering what is the best software or program to make the templates, Thanx guys

I use Dreamweaver in combination with a good text-editor like UltraEdit.

If you don't know much about html/php yet, you could get some free templates, reverse-engineer them, change things around to suit your tastes, and start from there.

Wouldn't using wordpress be a super easy way to make a review site? Plus there are thousands of free templates.
