What SSD drive do you have in your laptop?

I have 2 hard drives in my laptop, a SSD from Samsung the same as jhoffy22 because it was the best SSD drive when I bought it. Shit works great with no failures what so ever.

Crucial M500, 960GB.

I've just upgraded from a 256GB Samsung 830, and that got laggy and slow, I couldn't wait to get rid of it, it felt like there was something wrong. It's not a patch on my current drive, or the Crucial M4 I had before.

Crucial M4 SSD, and a 1TB Scorpio in the optical bay.

I used to have an OCZ Vertex 2 (128GB), which broke down after a year. Two friends of mine had the same disk and theirs broke down after a year as well. We all switched to a Samsung SSD (830 Series) (128GB). Been using it for over a year now. No problems so far.

Have an Intel 320.
Going to buy new laptop+ssd in a few weeks, ssd will be Plextor M5 Pro 512. Thought about Samsung, they are bit faster, but Plextor seem more reliable.

The Crucial M500 is also one of the few with capacitors for power-loss protection. Most SSDs can get seriously corrupted/bricked because of how much data they hold in their cache RAM (to minimise write-amplification). This is probably not going to be an issue in laptops given that they are battery-backed, but matters more for desktops/servers.
