I've been going to sleep between 1am - 2am and waking up a little before 9 am. It's still a lot of sleep but I feel exhausted when I wake up. Trying to go to sleep between 11-12
Saturday: 4am
Sunday: 8am
Monday: Noon
Tuesday: 4pm
Wednesday: 8pm
Friday: Midnight
etc.
I guess no one in this thread has kids. Your ass is in bed by 10pm.
