Since i quit my job a few weeks ago, many friends and acquaintances approached me to to some SEM and PPC management for them. The companies range from local contractors, Ticket brokers, and nursing homes.
I want to start doing work for these people, but not sure how to approach charging them. Should i charge perlead/sale and then i'll pay for all the pages and PPC costs? Should i let them pay for the PPC and design/programming work and i'll charge a monthly service fee?
Some of these niches are very competative for PPC and i'm not sure if i wanna take the risk of paying for eveything and then charging per lead/sale.
