I would build something more independent. And don't forget that after a year you have a stack of domains to renew. If you're going to invest with borrowed money make sure you know exactly what you're doing, and borrowing 30k just because you can is not a good idea.
I think you need more of a strategy.
why not start a niche forum and use FB Ads to promote it? then you can branch out from there and add more components to the site.
you could start an article directory or something if you are hooked on Ass pennies
i dont know, Ive dabbled with MFA sites and they fucking blow. Building one legitimate site to the top is hard enough and takes tons of time, so good luck building 1,000 sites that will only serve to risk your Adsense account

Hm, this got me thinking for whatever reason, I'm better off hiring a programmer that will.
1. Interlink them blogs hosted on separate c-class IP's. i.e: I host 50 sites per IP, and interlink them to the other 50 etc
2. Build a scrapper site that scrapes EZA to make the sites meatier.

When I borrow large sums of money I loan it out at a higher interest rate.
i.e. Borrow 15K @ 8.5% > Lend it out over a portfolio of loans averaging 16% APY.
Or I use it to buy up cheaper portfolios.

not worth it! banks are hurting to make good loans so they will offer anyone that has decent credit.... if this is a personal loan you will get killed on the interest and i am 90% sure it is not tax deductible.... if you do want to take out the money see if they will do a business loan under your LLC...that way if you send the cash and cant pay it back they can only go after your company and not so much you

Do yourself a favor and try it with 10 sites real quick before you do the lot with 30K. A lot in the algo has changed since then...
If you really have to come in here to ask what to do with the money then you should NOT take that loan. Might seem like a good idea to you now (for some reason) but when shit hits the fan and you realize that strategy is far from being effective, you'll be struggling to pay that shit and wondering why you didn't listen to all these gay webmasters' advice.

I only need 50c/day/site. Which is impossible not to make..?
$500/day = $15k/month. $1k for workers to promote and add content each month, $1k for loan payment, $13k goes into my pocket.. and I have a good retirement plan. Might get a registrar account and cut the middle man if I plan on expanding.
When renewal day comes I see which ones aren't making money (optimizing) renew the ones that make money, buy more domains, and expand my portfolio. Anybody here has done something like this?
