I may consider it. I'll see how bad this auction goes and where my time is. We are currently documenting my wife's weightloss transformation and plan to market it afterwards. I think thats a better use of her time.

If you can show some moderate success with a converting offer, you'll be able to bring a lot more at auction with a site that earns.
If you could somehow manage to find someone that actually HAS diet offers, you could throw some banners in rotation and see what comes back. You might decide not to sell the site if it performs, or maybe you just sell it for 4x what you are asking now.

I'm sure it's really hard to find people around here with diet offers. IF ONLY SOMEONE KNEW SOMEONE THAT HAD DIET OFFERS.
(PM Grindstone. But for realz.)
If you can't make any money with the diet ads idea and the auction is a flop...
Think about setting up a email list. Get her to do her facebook thing to get as many people as you can onto an email list. Then hit them up with offers.
Or you can sell the list, rent the list, or do some list building with other people to grow it into something bigger.
The site is less than 1yr old, doesn't rank for any particular phrases that are worth $$ and it's has basically zero revenue. The one thing it does have is unique content so I would really be focusing on that in the description of the auction.
As already mentioned above, you really need to start at $1 with a site like this. Honestly, I'd be shocked if anyone on flippa paid $600.
The Flippa blog has a ton of "how to sell my site" type posts... here is one of many that will help you out.

this site has huge (ranking) potential, I went to do a quick valuation of it and I got stuck on the site reading a few of the articles.
Your brand/domain name is AWESOME (trademark that shit)
While I do agree with a lot of the above posts, those are all the "standard" questions to ask when valuating a site, and many times there is a lot more to it. A brand alone could be worth 5 figures with 0 PR and 0 revenue - but you need to know how to sell it.
Flippa is *pretty much* geared towards this crowd. For instance if you are trying to sell to a peer or a competitor, chances are they've never heard of flippa and aren't even aware of your existence. That being said, you might want to contact:
-competition
-some .gov's
-bloggers
I'd definitely look into doing /forum. This isn't your average ubiquitous niche that you see all over, you could really corner the market with some good targeting.
You are getting a ton of feedback here, and you have numerous options that you probably did not have before. I'd probably hold back on that auction unless it really starts poppin.

Just a bit of advice - always put your starting price at $1. It attracts bids, which attracts bids, which attracts bids...you see where I'm going with this right? Nothing like a bidding war to get more than you deserve for a site.
