You guys know must 'guru's' are full of it but I wanted to expose some of the garbage that really goes on behind the scenes. I worked on the inside of PPC Classroom directly with Amit & Anik (I'll leave it at that) until I saw just how shady that side of the business is. I saw some things with this recent PPC Classroom 3.0 launch that bothered me so much I feel like venting so here goes:
First off, I know personally that several of the testimonials on this page are outright lies PPC Classroom 3.0 - Secrets of a $2.4 Million PPC Affiliate
The highest earning 'customer testimonial' is actually someone that WORKS for PPC Classroom and made all his money before he even met Amit.
You'll also see Josh's testimonial saying "He's been coaching me for about 2.5 months now, and last week I had my first $1,000/day profit!"
Amit 'coached' Josh a couple years ago until he started making a lot of money promoting re-bills on his own. Oh, also...Josh was smart enough to post on his Twitter a few days after that sales page came out thanking Amit for a trip to Seattle.
I consulted with the students of PPC Classroom and out of the one's I saw, there were barely a handful of successful students. I'm in no way exaggerating that.
Amit was a good affiliate but he is FAR from a PPC expert. He made all his money promoting Regcure from Revenuewire and a little from the public records niche. I've seen inside his Adwords account and he doesn't even practice what he teaches students. Anyway, here's the real kicker...his Adwords account got banned a while back. Remember all those Super Affiliate Mindset posts talking about how he his sites were such quality? Oops..
Amit and Anik refer to the students of PPC Classroom as 'muppets'. They used to laugh about how most of them will never make a dime and how they will buy whatever products they push on them. If you ever walk by Amit or Anik at a show, do they seem like they're on the phone a lot? Yeah, that's because they hate 'muppets' talking to them so much, they pretend to be on the phone while walking around.
Their previous head 'coach' Adrienne, made very little of her income from affiliate marketing. She had a couple clients she did PPC Marketing for but never successfully ran her own campaigns, did her own SEO, etc. Still, she was giving 'expert' advice to the students.
It was actually very depressing seeing all these students joining the program who didn't even have the money to join in the first place. PPC Classroom feeds off people who have lost their jobs, need to support their family, or are in a terrible financial situation. They sell the promise of easy money to people that actually need a stable income before they even attempt PPC. One elderly lady had spent over $100k on internet marketing courses and tool...1/2 of which she didn't even understand what they did. In the end, yes it's their own fault...but PPC Classroom feeds off these types of people.
Most of the money PPC Classrom makes is through promoting products to their students. Google Cash Detective was touted as the ultimate tool that would solve everyone's frustration and make it super easy to make profitable campaigns. PPC Classroom was the #1 affiliate for the GCD launch. Well, you can imagine the hundreds of angry students who never made a dime using GCD. One memorable quote from a student I remember went something like this; 'I am confused...on the GCD pre launch webinar, Amit said this was his new favorite tool and something every student should buy, but when someone on a webinar after the launch asked him about he he said don't bother buying it'. That pretty much sums it up.
Hopefully the word gets out and potential students don't buy into this garbage anymore. After seeing the inside of this operation, I can only speculate how shady the rest of them are.
