Wrote this music and wanted to do a case study of sorts to see if I can get the music exposure by making it background music (it fits well for that sort of thing) to a politically oriented video, one that might have a chance to spread..

I'm about to submit it to various sites & facebook pages, but first I wanted to get critiques/thoughts on the video on anything I can improve/change/fix. I have a feeling it might be too drama-queen, not sure, I've been working on it for too long to accurately discern.

edit: wtf? I didn't give it to anyone, uploaded it an hour ago and it got 58 views and 3 comments already. Must be the title / tags. btw thanks bro for the 1 star rating.

Nice work, should get a lot of views. Maybe add a few links in the description to related news articles or columns written by Ron Paul.

real.. started getting likes within minutes of uploading. "ndaa" and "sopa" / "ron paul" together are probably searched for quite a bit on youtube search, so my vid is showing up a lot for those searches.

I'm waiting on a damn account activation over at the ron paul forums so I can post it there.

Wow, that's a good look. I'm definitely about to get into creating youtube videos and optimizing for search terms to bring site traffic. Good job.
 
Man when they get that shit passed they are going to hunt you down and lock you in a cage (thats if your lucky) with no trial
 
Video was cool. Only observation the intro sequence was a bit long and over dramatic ( I almost shut it off @ 18 sec but didn't because it was your video) If it were me I would either take that intro scene down to 15 seconds then cue McCain or open with him and hit the text after his intro your call. If it gets traction I think you will find a lot of people shutting it off in that first 30 seconds.

i agree, too much intro. i also almost shut it off but instead FWD since I know you...
 
Just an update.. 20,660 views so far (view count not updated on actual video yet, but in search results it's at 20k now). I think it's a reasonable possibility to hit 100k+ in a month or two since it's only been 5 days.

Pretty cool though. 56 subscribers from it, I think I need to add a note about subscribing.. Going to do that now. An RP fb group with 600k+ subscribers posted it, plus dailypaul.com posted it as well so that helped.
 
Great video until the Ron Paul/other politician's part. IMO you're to much focussing on saying who's the good guy, while this video could very well get everyone to think about and question their own choices after seeing this video without the last part.
