What's the best screen recording program?

I want something that records many FPS so if I'm doing something slow I can later speed it up without losing frames and it looking glitchy?

What do you guys recommend?

Thanks guys, appreciate it. I was just using camtasia, and it crashed while it was saving the video i just recorded, fuckk. lol now I have to do it all over again. Hopefully it wont crash again, it's probably my shitty computers specs..oh well, we'll see what happens.

Are we supposed to be able to render the videos that Black Ops captures?

Nuketown can be sooo insane depending on which mode you're playing lol.

Yeah I'm not sure how exactly, I was trying, but couldn't get the fucking callofduty.com site to link to my steam account. It wouldn't work. I read a few people saying fraps is better anyhow.
