As I implied I don't own any working websites. My background is college (geography & economics) and a year of unemployment. My strategy: I have 100's ideas for websites/services that I personally would find useful, most of which I (or someone better than me) should be able to monetize. My strategy is to crank them out one after the other and evolve a comprehensive platform to manage and market the good ones.
Initially I am working on a event/ticket website and a dating website. The ticket thing is all me and the dating website is for a successful but small local company that has little to no web presence right now. Both of these these projects have something that makes them unique and adds value over what's out there to date, but I'm not giving that away right now.
