What's wrong with the networks recently? Slow response, not accepting new publisher?

One network denied me 3 weeks after my application
When I called back I was told that they are not accepting new publishers for the moment :xomunch:

And I tried to contact one AM in a network I am current working with
2 days later I was told that I should contact Mr.B
And when I sent email to Mr. B
I was told that Mr. B is not with the company anymore :anon.sml:

Sober, you just need to find a good network and run with them. I know that I always respond to my publishers almost as soon as they email/call me Let me know if I can be of any help to you.
