Coffee. But if we're talking alcoholic, can't beat a good imported beer. I'm not a fan of Budweiser or anything like that, but Grolsch (Dutch), Ottakringer is a great, but little known Austrian beer, and there was a Japanese beer that I tried once that wasn't bad.

Gotta take season into consideration. Summertime means gin and tonic, hefs and other light beers. Maybe some banana coladas if the mood strikes. Yep, sounds gay but those things are tasty.
Winter time it's darker brews generally. Rogue brewery makes an oatmeal stout and a chocolate stout that are pretty good.
