When did WF BST go to paid status?

I'm new to this forum but the services which are offered in WF are kinda premium services which you won't get from cheap forums like DP.

Haven't been around in a while....been doing the offline thing.

I went to post in the BST to request a service and it prompte me to pay $66!

When did we go to paid postings and is there an official thread where I can read about it?

I briefly looked in the sticky's but couldn't find anything.

Yeah, that was my bad. I apologize to OP. I didn't realize it when I first read it. I guess this is why I always rode the short bus to school and people referred to me as "special".
