That will probably work. I ususally just say Internet Advertising. For some reason when I say Internet Marketing, people get this wary glazed look like I'm about to throw some MLM scheme at them.

I just say I run my own marketing business..
For in depth discussion it normally winds up like this,
I play peoples eyes and minds to get them to click on things that earn me money per lead (like the mortgage industry) or pay me a commission. (best way to explain this is an iphone - eg- I sell iphones for a company. I pay $21 to get 100 people searching google for iphone related terms to come to my website, 1% converts into a sale which I collect 10% commission on. The iphone costs $300, so I collect $30, making an average of $9 profit per 100 visitors)

like say if you are Smith Media LLC....do any of you guys bother to make a site for it?
