I have been running a facebook campaign for a few weeks now and the conversions seem very low 1:120. Since I am still a noob I am reluctant to give up on a campaign. What is the point when you guys decide its not you and the offer just converts like shit.

Well, if you know the offer is working for other people, you know you can get it to work for you, one way or another. With that said, I know it hurts to lose money.

Best answer to this, I think, is to always have multiple campaigns going. Allot more attention to the ones that show more promise.

Spend at least 10x the CPA just for data. You should then be able to tell whether there's any potential. Maybe the overall campaign is -100% ROI, but a certain demographic (25-34 old females) with a particular ad has an EPC that falls within the "suggested bid". If you haven't seen any conversions but have been told the offer is doing well, try to reverse engineer what others are doing. Take what they've done right and innovate further to get an edge. If you've been told by an affiliate network the offer is doing well, and Alexa supports this - it's only a matter of persistence before you get it working as well. No point in giving up easily.

If the offer hasn't been tested before and you aren't seeing any conversions after spending a decent amount (10x CPA) for data, it's time to move on.
