when you don't get paid, crush a bastard

Hey op I got your pm saying "how about we just chop this shit right here since it isnt worth anybodys time anyways."

Here's the thing, it's nothing personal. If you don't want me to call you an idiot, don't post idiotic threads or fake PMs from me in your sig or bring me up in random threads or spam wickedfire with your business while simultaneously highlighting how childish and difficult you must be to work with. You aren't some special guy that's on my radar, this isn't something that needs to be "chopped", just stop posting stupid shit and nobody will have anything to say.

Since you like to post fake PMs, how about I post a real one?

For the record, I've never spoken with Jon but he has liked a couple of my posts so I've got that going for me.

If jons a nobody and his forum a worthless piece of shit, how does that reflect upon someone scavenging for attention?

Shit, I have to tell something.

I had a client, we have been making progress (on a shit budget.. I know I was stupid). Anyway, traffic was growing and in a few months we could hit that TOP5. Hard niche, tough competitors but because I got into it I said to myself I will deliver. The cocksucker didn't pay me for a last two months and at that point I was short (yes, it was that bad of a deal).

So I was soo FUCKING angry that I have almost left my entire business (clients) just to get that piece of shit. Thanks to taking some time to think about it I didn't. Still, I can understand that pain.

OP at the end it's just not worth the hassle. Because, just like many other have said here, you could build up your business in that time. And also getting yourself involved into that kind of shit, drives you in a bad direction in general.

Fuck this shmuck and don't let this bitch take any more of your time. Every minute you are thinking how to fuck up that bitch, you are actually giving him more of your time. Focus on good guys and lough at losers.

Yeah, so that's it.

You shouldn't be running scrapers inside your webserver. Run it as its own independent process / set of processes (hint: work queues).

I got good advice here last year when a company was screwing me over. I just moved on. A guy I was working with stayed on for scraps. Almost a year later, he finally left being owed around 3x what I was and nothing to show for it. He still talks to me about "getting back" at that company and stealing their clients, etc. Mostly he's just wasting time and failing his family by not moving on.

Sometimes you just have to cut your losses and put energy into doing something new and productive. At the very least, look at it logically, and see what your odds are of really seeing any return on your time investment.

If Wickedfire was a person this would be their internal dialogue.

If you think Wickedfire-the-entity wouldn't be a schizoid, you're out of your mind
