Where are all the GOOD wordpress themes?

Has anyone referred to DesignDisease yet? They're quite unique, not sure if they'll fit many niches though.
Wordpress is a piece of shit! Although I use it on dozens (almost a hundred) of sites 
I always roll my own themes but I have used some from SEO WordPress Themes that I still heavily modified.
The thing I love about WP is how easy it is to outrank someone in your niche, who uses WP, because they use a default (non-SEO) WP install. Damn people, take a day and learn some HTML and PHP, it really is simple.

I was reading a post about wordpress themes, and you said that you did some yourself, are you good at it ? I dont know if you do this and have the time to do it, but im looking for someone that can create a theme from me, the design will be provided... All I want is the theme completely functionnal in wordpress, there are maybe 2-4 plugins that would need to be installed/tweaked perhaps...
Let me know if you are interested, and show me some examples of themes you created, also how much would it cost me, im under thigh budget so i dont know if it will be possible

I'm a fan of Pearsonified's WP themes, although they are somewhat heavily used. He talks a lot about semantic markup (not Semantic Web markup) and his newer themes seem to be written well. His blog has some good tips on optimizing your blog as well.
There are also some decent looking themes at Plaintext. I've not checked all of the code out inside, but they say they have excellent markup as well. The Sandbox theme is a blank theme that you add your css to and make it look like you want. You don't have to worry about the markup involved.

That has to be one of the most annoying sites I've ever been too.

Dude. Just edit the CSS make it exactly what you want. For anybody wanting to learn CSS and Wordpress, WPDesigner.com is by far the best resource I've come across, with this tutorial series in particular.
Wordpress Themes, vBulletin Styles, Skins, Joomla Templates, CSS Design, Yahoo Store Design, OSCommerce has a lot of good themes. I used the webby-blue one for awhile until just recently.
