CJ and Linkshare are the only programs I have been admitted to so far, but the only have long forms to fill out. I'm not even sure that I'm looking in the right place. When on CJ, do I just search for leads and then look at the company info and see what qualifies as a lead? If so they have no simple email/zip submits

CJ and Linkshare aren't strictly CPA networks. In fact, the majority of their offers are CPS or long forms like you see.

You'll need to sign up with some networks that are mainly CPA-based. Lots to choose from... Neverblue, Copeac, C2M, Maxbounty, CX Digital...the list goes on. You'll find tons of email/zip submits on those networks, but they're not guaranteed approval like CJ and Linkshare.

Creating poll campaigns goes like this:

Find a popular trend (let's say Arizona immigration laws right now) and ask a question about it. "Do you think Arizona should be allowed to keep its legislation? To thank you for your time, enter your zip code on the following page for a chance to win a yacht and a lifetime supply of Twizzlers" or whatever. They click whatever option they want on your poll and are forwarded to the offer LP. Some people put up a "thank you" page after the click which redirects them to the offer after a couple seconds.

Edit: The general consensus is that polls aren't as popular or effective as they used to be, so I wouldn't expect too much from a poll campaign.

that is the point of my question... what is the offer? so the poll question offers free twizzlers, and then they are just redirected to any random offer?

I have around 50 email submits and 30 zip submits so if you send an application please tell me about your business. We approve for denial 95% of the time so take us serious and I will work with ya.

No... The poll offers a free ipod, and the offer offers a free ipod.

Right now, a big zip submit offer is a free iPad (not Pod). So you make your poll and say "give your opinion and get a chance for a free iPad" or whatever. They click and are forwarded to the offer which offers a free iPad. Not really that hard.

Did you read anything already posted in this thread? I would suggest taking a closer look at the very first reply.

*sigh* Really? Okay. Here's a step-by-step:

1. Stop looking on CJ and Linkshare. You won't find anything because they don't have email/zip submits.

2. Apply to a CPA network. See my first reply for networks. Also add A4D and EWA since I forgot them.

3. After being accepted, navigate to their zip/email submit section.

4. Get your affiliate link and make your poll

5. Drive traffic

6. Lose money, since like I said, poll campaigns aren't that great

FluxAds has a bunch of email submits too. If you want to make your own lander quick so that you can use any offer, try this:

Pick any topic that you like, say the iPad. Install WPEasyPolls for Wordpress. Make the lander say, "Are you going to buy an iPad?" with a Yes or No button. Below, write answer for your chance to win a $500 Wal-Mart gift card or whatever you are promoting.

There, you now have a way to run any topic to any email submit. Just be creative.

Convert2Media and Neverblue probably have the largest selection of these offers. Since you got ixnayed by NB, do what Ruck said (since he owns the damn place) and hook up with him. C2M guys are good and will work with you if you know a little about what you're doing.
