What do you mean by 'testing' the offer? Do you mean submitting as if you were a visitor? or do you mean some sort of direct-link test?

1. Have you tested the offer?
2. Your Domain name is retarded for the question being asked.

-Think this out....I come to the page. I see the domain and imagery of dunkin donuts. I think cool...maybe Dunkin is doing market research. Then i s
ee the question and ask myself why the heck would Dunkin want to know this? You just casted a shadow of doubt and made me over think things. Now I hit back because im not sure if this is legit or not.

3. HAVE YOU TESTED THE OFFER????

i don't think people would be interested in getting fat

eating $250 worth of donuts

+ theres not many dunkin donuts places i know of

yea filling the form out yourself and seeing if you get paid. A lot of time with zip & email submits the advertisers are sketchy so make sure its tracking.

Thanks for all your responses guys. Does anyone know of a network with gas card email submits?

NeverBlueAds has a couple of them. I've never had much success with gas cards though, it looks like people are not really interested in them. Or maybe it's my keywords/LPs :P

email/zip submits are tricky. if you are new i suggest you go w/something else. i've mostly broke even with my campaigns...some days my conversion rate is 40% some days its 15% and i made no changes to ad or LP.

- Your URL, your question and the gift are all biased to Dunkin Lovers so the question becomes irelavent, also when you have "Suck" in there people become wary of what they are really in for...especially when you tell them upfront they will have to "enter their email"

- Don't tell them upfront to enter their email, make them clickthrough then on the offer page they will feel that they are "this close" to the reward... heck thats the whole point these poll type landing pages were created, to get the user interacting and then rewarding..

- Don't tell people to click "yes" or "no" the huge yes no graphics are pretty self-explanatory

-Slap in some privacy, about pages

-Goodluck

Be careful about telling the user to enter their email address... some advertisers will call that incent. It is best to find a way to be honest, yet "creative." Present the offer in a way that will convert for you and on the advertisers backend while within the rules.
