I just want to share where I get some of my inspiration. Most of you probably know the man Bruce Lee as a kung fu movie star back in the 70s who died at an early age. But some of you might also know him as much more than that. Bruce lee was also a philosopher. He brought a lot of eastern philosophical principles over to the West. Philosophy was also his major in college, he lived his life with a greater purpose in mind, he wanted to make an impact, and he was successful in doing so.

Just as he did in his own martial art form 'Jeet kun do' ... in philosophy, Bruce Lee had a knack for taking complicated concepts and simplifying them into both understandeable and instantly applicable ideas.

By far the most applicable and relevant quote to my life by Bruce Lee is this:

"Be a practical dreamer backed by action"

Elegant isn't it? He took a concept you could write books about and simplified it into seven words. Seven words that not only give you understanding but direction as well. I'm sure you can see the correlation between this quote and internet marketing.

Just wanted to share and hopefully make some more Bruce Lee fans out there.

Also, what inspires you?

I pull inspiration from real places. Bruce Lee not so much, other than the fact that he (or his idea? I dunno) somehow built legendary status. Maybe that's one of those 48 laws of power in action, I dunno.

Anyway, all over the place online you can see people either getting their hustle on or just accomplishing shit in general. You definitely have to have a good bs-filter to make the distinction but a little common sense goes a long way.

Felix Dennis is a beast.

thought that vid was going to be a joke but it was good and true I liked that analogy on breathing...one thing I would add to that is hanging around people that have your same attitude and ambitions I stopped going to the bar with my "friends" to try and build wealth and now i haven't heard from these guys in 9 months (i only know that because it's also when I had my kids (yeah twins) i knew it was a now or forever loser moment in my life) last I heard one guy broke his fibula jumping off a house the other is on his third DUI and the other lives off the other two and his dad.

Me- i work 40 hours at a bank and when i get off work i spend time with the kids until they sleep at around 11pm then i work on ads until 3, or 4, or 5am and rinse then repeat it all over again at 7a. it's paying off though i just had my first day profit on FB today.

You either want it or you don't and I do and want to show my kids that you can have what you want in life as long as you try....that's my inspiration
