Ok this forum is pretty much dead but I'm gonna ask anyway.

I'm usually in the mobile apps game but I recently launched a website that saves Snapchat stories of celebrities. I think it's a great idea and I got the site coded and everything but I cannot get any links to it all. I really hate this kinda of work and want to buy links but don't know where to go as this stuff is done underground obviously. I've VAs emailing loads of related sites looking to buy links and don't even get a reply. This niche is uncompetitive so I only need a few links scattered around some crappy websites.
