I'm sure you could find a smokin hot chick working at burger king if you looked around enough. And the time you spent looking for this anomaly would probably be in opposite proportion to the amount of time she spent looking for the job.
Put up a flyer at a local community college and ask them to email their info if interested, then creep via facebook. Or maybe be more direct and ask for a headshot along with info...but that will scare some of them away.

Judging from the title, he wasn't excluding models or limiting his needs to just Jiffy Lube. That would be just an assumption.
And I've seen plenty of "sexy girls" holding up signs, passing out flyers or samples on the street and at the mall. Couple of clubs around here hire some on busy days to draw more people in. I don't know why you're so surprised that a hot girl would hold up a sign in exchange for some cash.
