Which Ad inventory management system should I use???

I am starting a website, and I have some ad space that I'd like to make some $$$ on.At this point, I have no idea what type of ad manager I need, or what is the most functional. I've heard some good things about Google ads manager, but I figured I would ask you guys. Any tips/ suggestions?

can OpenX give you referer stats, such as what keyword did user search on google before entering your site and clicking on your ad?
(tried looking on openx site but didnt mention anything about referers)
