A couple of noob questions about PPC:

Which ones are the best to use for zip and email submits? I have quite a few accounts, and figure I should divide my traffic between them to lessen the scrubbing.

How much better is foreign traffic than US traffic? Legend has it that the foreign conversions don't get scrubbed as hard.

I've noticed individual offers vary more with scrubbing than the networks. Instead of dividing traffic to many submits (you will likely get scrubbed hard on a majority of them)

-ask your affiliate managers which email/zip submits dont scrub
-test those offers yourself for scrubbing
-choose the best converting submit thats not scrubbing
-send ALL your traffic to that offer and profit
-keep a close eye on the offer to make sure the conversion rate and payout dont drop as time goes by.
