Maybe that person agreed to stop his bots from clicking heavyts ads? and that by revealing that person publicly he might see his name and then break off the deal? It is a lot easier to have the person who is sending the fraud to just not use the bots on your ads instead of trying to bring up legal action or report them (Which they are likely to get away with anyway since this stuff is outsourced to other countries with little to no paper trail anyway, hell even if they do get caught for it, it's going to take months and its easier if you just find out who is doing the fraud tell them you know whats up and ask them to tell their bots to not click on your ads either)
But honestly if thats what is going on heavyt should not of said anything to begin with haha
I would go as far to say that if you are not in the know already just stay away from CPC shit on the major networks period, CPM is the way to go. Clickfraud is only getting worse and it's funny because even the people who are using it against others are having other clickfrauders use it on them as well because there's more then just one person doing it and as more people have it happen to them a percantage of them are going to look into how to set up or outsource bots of their own. Get a really good ad by doing lots of split testing and just run CPM.

They are VERY close to just ending diet completely on MySpace because of all the crap that's going on.

The right way to discuss a lot of this is by PM. Some of you demanding answers (aren't you in asia, etc) should be doing it by PM, not in public. It's not going to get you an answer, and you are burning the opportunity to develop business relationships.
You do know that your ads can be displayed on other sites on the Fox network besides myspace, right?
If your bid is dirt low chances are it's going to be outsourced to other sites if it's not competitive enough to be displayed on myspace, and from what I've seen you can get some crazy high CTRs when that happens but the traffic is shitty.

not sure with myspace, but from all the anecdotal reports and my own experience, i cannot get any fucking volume on facebook with CPM. Switched back to CPC and maxed out my daily spend in 1 day with the same ads with same conversion rate
why don't you out the person so we can kick the everloving shit out of him at ASW?
