who do I trust, Adwords or Advaliant?

Yeah. It's hard for me to gauge because I have unpredictable traffic(surges and such on random days. One source sends between 50 clicks 3k clicks a day, to give you an idea). But I do know this. *one* of their "sale" campaigns is converting for me at 1:10 today.
I rarely see that anywhere else.

Also imo sales campaigns fluctuate on epc more than lead based. But maybe that's just me.

phew...10% CR? that's good. i was doing that at the beginning...but now i turned it off when it dropped to 1%

Then switch the offer. Not like there's a shortage of similar ones. Shit, you'd hardly have to change the creative.
But I've seen many campaigns on different networks tank in similar ways. Networks quite trusted, especially on WF. My "golden" campaign from a few weeks ago on one of these went from $1.55 EPC to a $0.39 or so EPC in a matter of days. And that was WITH a raise in my commission.
It's a mysterious thing. But not specific to advaliant.

if your AM is Geoff...he always seemed like a very trustworthy AM to me. The only problem I have ever had with Advaliant is sometimes I am not wired on the correct day. Just contact him, I think even their CEO Jivan Manhas is a member here on WF.
Geoff and Jivan are stand up guys, they're an asset to this industry.

Because it makes them more money when they shave.

Also, isn't that offer a trial? Maybe they didn't have enough people convert to paid signups?
Well, if you look at the TOS of these diet offers its pretty much impossible to return the product in the time frame they give you. So you'll be charged however much the product is for AT LEAST 1 month.

Jason over at MillNic had a pretty good post that mentions pixels:
MillNic Media Blog - The Best CPA network » Blog Archive » Points Based Facebook Applications

B) Provide a means for them to report missing credits/points to you. What we do is provide an automated ‘Contact Us’ form. All messages through that form AUTOMATICALLY get credited the points. It is just not worth the time to manually go through these requests and make decisions about who should get points or not. The points don’t cost you anything (or much anyway) so it is easier to give them away than to run a customer service department. Leads will get scrubbed (the same person may have filed out the same offer in the past on another app for instance in which case they would not get credit). Pixels misfire (people move on to the next page faster than all the many pixels on a page can load up - we all see how long it takes for shit to happen on facebook, well it is tee same for ad networks managing millions of clicks and pixel fires). A certain % of leads WILL fall through the crack. Again, any network that tells you differently is full of horse puckey.

We try to stay on top of pixel misfires and regularly update affiliates throughout the month with extra leads to help make-up for pixel misfires etc. At the end of the month we're able to update with more confidence as we reconcile our numbers with our advertisers'. It takes a bit of time to go through everything, so communicate with your AM and you'll find that in the end things usually work out.

Pixels are definitely not perfect. We've seen discrepancies with Google's pixels where they over and under-report. The same can be said for pretty much any affiliate network out there. The better affiliate networks will tell you this and will manually update your accounts with leads from time to time.

Just a suggestion, instead of ripping on Advaliant you should have tried to resolve it with your AM first. Why is it that you trust Google so much?

I get good, consistent conversions with them (some of the best conversion rates I've ever had) and yes of course on some days it may be off but that's to be expected from any offer on any network.

I've had my AM come to ME and say hey I just bonused you some leads because something was quirky earlier. Or hey something is wrong with this offer, we'll get it figured out expect some bonus leads coming in. So, I'm really not sure why you're having this problem other than you just suck at what you're doing.

Have you worked on tweaking your LPs, ads, keywords, are you tracking everything from top to bottom?

Well, I got their attention..everything sorted out. Did not ripping on Advaliant here..just complain that I need some love..:anon.sml:..

Anyway, my apology to my AM call him A** and Advaliant

on everything I run google seems to be off 2 - 5 leads.
Solution: do 100s of leads and it's generally not an issue

well, i wish i could do that. soon enough maybe

yea, i need to give thema chance before complaining.

just spoke to my AM , he got me 70% of my missing conversions, which is great. although i still think the green tea campaign is dead, at least i know i can trust my AM and advaliant in general.

I'm gonna jump on the Geoff ball licking bandwagon and agree with the above posters : Although i'm a newbie he's always asking me if I need help for anything.
Just ask for another AM if the current one is being an ass.
