Who do you think won the final debate?

I figure most of the people are getting pretty damn close to that 250k mark. Back from February to June I was going to fucking kill that number. Now not so much.. but as affiliate marketers all of our goals should be to do as much as we can.

I think for now Obama is the better choice overall and we at least will be able to get health insurance as self employed guys. But if I start to get close to that 250k again its going to be time to cap adwords if he dose execute his tax plan.

Also did anyone else notice that McCain had super fucking yellow teeth like the Grinch. WTF is up with that.

It won't even be a big deal, I'm approaching 200k and hope that i make it over 250k. The tax increase is only like 3% more for earnings over 250k.

And no way is 250k middle class. Most people make $50k a year. I do admit there is really no difference in lifestyle between making $50k and making $200k other than when you make over 100k you really don't care about bills anymore. Other than that I have the same house, same car, just better gadgets.

Republicans: McCain won
Democrats: Obama won

Independent/Stupid Vote that will ultimately decide the fate of the USA: Not Sure Who Won

This is probably one of the smartest post on WF. Independent and Undecided voters are the most stupid people that I have ever seen.

Have you seen those fools on CNN and the other channels. WTF it's 3 weeks away from the election. They have had Obama and to a lesser extent Mccain shoved up their ass for a year!

If they still haven't decided then they don't need to vote and these are the idiots that are going to decide the election?

They remind me of the idiots at the market that take 20 minutes to pick out an apple.

McCain tried to brawl but that can only work so far. The whole Joe the Plumber (like the earlier Palin iteration of 'Joe Six-pack') archetype repetition might work against McCain. People don't like being caricaturized and stereotyped. While the intention is good ('we're on the side of the small businessperson') it might turn off more people than it appeals to. Obama just needed to run the clock.

Say hello to more taxes. Say hello to bigger government.

According to some demographic studies, liberal ascendancy was a long time coming because the suburbs and exurbs are changing in ideological slant. Reagan captured the Baby boomer generation's disenchantment with 60's liberal politics as the boomers became business owners and homeowners, Obama's ascendancy might reflect the coming of political age and idealism of the PC (politically correct) generation of the late 80s and 90s.

I'm not hoping for a democrat win. Quite the opposite. However, the wind is definitely blowing in that direction :(

Yes, political idealism is changing in the US. I believe this to be because of our liberal media.

This liberal mindset is changing the way we think of the family unit and of how we view our country. Welcome to the 2nd fall of Rome and you have a front seat to it all.

3% is alot if you have to make it out of pocket at the end of tax year like I do. When you have to come in with 30-40k plus another 3%= $7500. I can be paying my employees that money or using it for marketing. Get this Plus Bush's tax cuts are about the expire. Its going to be more then you think.

As for medical, it wont be free. Guess who will pay for it, surprise YOU! Do you like what the goverment did with our schools. I'd rather take that money in a form of a vaucheer and sent my child to a private school. They screwd up the school, and will do the same with medical care.

The roman empire fell largely because they spread their troops too thin. Which we would have the Republicans to thank for.
Did you even take history?

When 900 years old you reach, look as good, you will not.

By changing the family unit do you mean how we now accept single fathers?

Yes, shame on them.

We are fucked with McCain because his party runs him, he is just a puppet.

Here is an interesting thought. If McCain became President and he passed away, then Plain is President right? So if she becomes pregnant, who will take over her duties if she was limited to bed rest?

Obama all the way.

I think the people that make over $250k need to realize that they should want to pay a little more in taxes otherwise their US dollar is not going to be worth anything if we have to keep borrowing to pay down the debt.
Unfortunately this issue is oversimplified at debates. If you still need to do research check out this site. It was eye-opening.

Here is one alternative DonDadda that people will use. There are tax loop holes that the rich will exploit.

And as usual the middle class will pay more.

LOL When he smiles. Traffic slows down!:D

Thanks:D

It may be due in large to the heart battling the mind. It seems that in debates, Obama speaks to the heart of people. McCain speaks to their minds. The earlier commercials showing Britney Spears and Paris Hilton with Obama speaks volumes about the power he wields during his talks.

yes and Obama will not reinstate them. He will try to redistribute the wealth. As usual the intelligent rich will make their income statements look minutely less. I have been and am already considering ways to decrease my net taxable income using the laws of the land. Maybe I'll try farming.:Yahoo_29:

That's a good point. Look at how much the government spends on 19 cent washers!

Media Hang Out

So sick of politics. Election campaigns shouldn't be allowed to last more than 2 weeks. If you can't read up on, understand and decide on the issues before then you shouldn't be voting.

I don't know about the time period, but I really think that the candidates should have a pre-set limit on spending for advertising. After that they are no longer allowed by law to sponsor any ads.

Now I realize it's not as simple as it sounds, but I think it would cause the candidates to spend more time crafting ads that actually represent their views, and a lot less smear ads.

Either that or they'll waste it all on smear ads, coke and hookers.

The art of the smear ad started with President Lyndon B. Johnson. CONELRAD | DAISY: THE COMPLETE HISTORY OF AN INFAMOUS AND ICONIC AD - PART ONE

It really helped him secure the election.

Then there was President George H. Bush running these ads that helped him win:
YouTube - Pappy Bush's Fear and Smear 'Tank" Ad in 1988
YouTube - Willie Horton political ad 1988

Then President Bill Clinton
YouTube - Bill Clinton attacks "read my lips"

These adds helped these candidates secure their nominations. If reformed happened, would it change these tactics? What do you think?

BUSH-PALLIN '08!! (LMAO). The best match up between McCain & Obama was at the Alfred E Smith Dinner at the Waldorf. McCain came off witty as hell and I'll have to say he won handily. Too bad he hired those idiots who dicked him over in '00 on behalf of Bush. If he would have not waited 'til less than 30 days before the election and focused on ISSUES vs. character assassination (Obama is an Arab Terrorist...oh did I mention he only eats fried chicken as well?! Oh wait I threw that one in, lol).

If he would have focused on issues and substance vs. vitriolic balderdash he would have had a chance. Unfortunately, history will remember how dirty things got including having the likes of Michelle "McCarthy" Bachmann speaking on his behalf. With friends like that who needs enemies?

Oh well...

I must say Romney would have been a better choice.

This is what our country is going to look like if Obama get of hold of my money.

Wow man you just blew my mind, I am totally voting for McCain now that you said Romney would have been a great president and then posted a picture of Obama at the beach...:anon.sml:
