In reality buying foreclosure now is not a great investment. Why? Because values are on there way down and were going to see 20-40% correction in area. In a $500,000 home market that is $100-200k. Thats what the investors re waiting for. All these ARMs have 2 years to play out and affect borrowers. We are just seeing the beginning of this now and have seen nothing yet.
I'm suprised to see some guys in here who know a thing or 2 about this business. Am I going to tell everyone, hell no! It just proves I am on to something big as I suspected.
