Whois on an existing site for sale- what does "clientRenewProhibited" mean?

In looking at existing sites for sale I find in whois the following:


Status: clientDeleteProhibited
Status: clientRenewProhibited
Status: clientTransferProhibited
Status: clientUpdateProhibited

So it cant be renewed, transfered or updated?

It is just locked (by its owner). He can renew it but you can not ask a transfer without the owner unlocking it first. Most domains are locked.
