Who's Ready to Kill Some Commie's?!

So Thor saves the day once again? Not surprised. Plus he teams up with the kid in the Hunger Games? Unfair. Koreans don't stand a chance.

Made the mistake of watching the original a couple months ago, really wish I hadn't. When I was ten, that was the coolest shit ever. Now, not so much...

I watched it the other day too and I didn't remember the acting being so bad. It made me hate Charlie Sheen and that one kid that whined non stop.

the most interesting part of this scenario is that more than likely it's the other was around. whereas the U.S. invading another country.

I am starting to believe that we are one of the most violent countries in the world.

at least in the top 5 I would say.

when I say violent I mean outside our borders.

would like to hear different opinions on this.

Depends on the size & altitude of the nuclear explosion. It also depends on the device, some will come back on , some will not.

The biggest threat is to transformers. All long-distance powerlines work as giant antennas that readily take the EMP "Signal" which overloads the transformers. Transformers are easy to make, but not so easy that you can replace millions quickly. During a bad power storm, it's not too hard to destroy a few dozen, each taking a hour or two to replace. A nationwide EMP strike (Or solar flare) would result in the replacement of tens of millions of them. How do you make a transformer when you can't get production started at a factory?

There has been quite a bit of study on the subject, and if North America was to have a solar flare, or a very localized EMP attack that allowed Europe & Asia to survive without issue, it would take 3 to 5 years to restore the grid. If Europe & Asia did not survive, 10 to 15 years to restore the grid.

The death tolls from a North American EMP strike are estimated at 100 to 175 million deaths due to starvation and lack of access to clean water.

Very interested in this. Read some on this scenario about the transformers but not to this degree of impact. Favorite links?

As little love as I have for our country, I don't see a reason for us to invade any other lands with the intention of occupying. That's a really unhappy thing to do and the other nations in the UN get all bitchy about it.

Heck, we won't even make Puerto Rico a state, and they WANT to join us... So annexing is quite likely just not a good business deal with any other countries.

It's extremely obvious that we're #1. Even inside our own borders.

Outside our borders you can blame every large armed conflict worldwide since WWII, including the Pacific portion of WWII, directly on the white house. We've been nothing less than the world's #1 terrorist since 1945, non-stop.

Inside our borders, it's worse. First we pass laws to criminalize things like drugs, then we fund the drug dealers with cash and weapons to ensure their success, and then we build up the world's largest prison population out of our own "Criminal" drug users.

...And don't get me started on 9/11. Any government that can do that shit deserves a nuking.

-And that's just the worst 2 examples I can think of right now. I hear talk about dozens more every day. :crap:

Sheeples need to wake up.

Luke's right.. 'Merica #1 again Yay! #1 in the Olympics, and #1 terrorists.

But seriously here's a good documentary on some of our undisputed terrorist activities.. no conspiracy theories here:

There's a dangerous film to be posting... And only shows our Latin American exploits.

I wasn't too thrilled that he villianized Milton Friedman's work in Chile though, but the rest of it was damn powerful. I'll forgive the writer/reporter/producer dude for going off track there because he put such passion into finding all the causes of all that suffering... He just doesn't understand free market economics though.

You really want to be on the CIA's watchlist? Try going to all three of these:

...No conspiracies there, either. Your minds will be blown right off.
