Why Are Affiliate Networks Sometimes Not Available?

Hi, I call CPA networks sometimes and often they aren't even available. What is that about? Do they work part time or something?

I normally don't mind but right now it is important that I get to speak to someone...

I can't talk for any networks but the one I'm with, but we're operating in a GMT+11 timezone. So if you called us, you'd either get the messagebank, or someone being very pissed about being woken at 3am... But we're small.

But yeah, larger CPA networks should ideally have someone on the phone 24/7.

Being an AM, I have 4 different IM contacts to stay in touch. I have found that people prefer IM over the phone. I also have a phone option; however I get a call maybe once a month.

Well...depends on how much business you bring them. If you are a high volume player, you are going to get the royal treatment. One network I have a lot of volume with, treats me like a queen. The other network that I have only made $50 with, hasn't answered the one email I have sent and that's been 2 months ago!
